The mental exhaustion and dread we experience in the midst of this pandemic is often left unnoticed. Let us help those who are fighting silent battles by being there for them, perhaps not physically, but reminding them through our words and actions that they are deeply loved.

Educating ourselves is the first step in breaking the stigma and falsehoods that surround mental health.

Nobody has to go through it alone.
