In an email, the University President Dr. Luis Ma. R. Calingo shrugged off the Angelites’ Protest petition and request for an open dialogue to be attended by Angelites and parents.
Calingo clarifies that the university administration has already submitted limited face-to-face proposals to the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Regional Office and the Office of the City Mayor, last week.
