PHISMETS-HAU welcomes TMCC as its blood donation partner

The Philippines Society of Medical Technology Students- Holy Angel University (PHISMETS-HAU) signed a memorandum of agreement with The Medical City Clark (TMCC) as its blood donation partner yesterday, July 4, 2022.

The outgoing PHISMETS-HAU President, Ms. Mikee Villanueva and organization co-adviser, Ms. Lea Anne Bucud, sealed the partnership with the TMCC’s Blood Coordinator, Mr. Amiel Beltran.

“We believe that through this partnership, we will be able to
expand our services and be able to help a greater scope of patients,” Villanueva said in an interview with The Angelite.

Villanueva stated that the PHISMETS-HAU’s initiatives for partnerships and external linkages to various tertiary hospitals around the province are to provide a wider scope of service, to cater for all aspects of life and remove the selectivity and discrimination of patients who are eligible to benefit from their blood pool.

This partnership made during the term of Villanueva will continue to this year’s term of Ms. Sheena Ocampo, PHISMETS-HAU president.

In line with this, PHISMETS-HAU invites Angelites to their blood donation drive on July 11, 2022, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM at HAU IH Gym in partnership with the Jose B. Lingad Memorial Regional Hospital.
